CONTI-V MULTIBELT FO Toothed Reinforced V-Belts
CONTI-V MULTIBELT FO banded V-belts are created by joining individual V-belts into one wide strip.
They are based on so-called cut V-belts with ground sides and internal teeth. They are made of a special fiber-reinforced mixture of rubber and high-strength polyester tensile fiber. Unlike the regular basic CONTI-V MULTIBELT types, they have a higher transmitted power, higher accuracy, less elongation, higher temperature resistance. The cover band increases the rigidity of the belt and prevents it from twisting.

Belts Fields of Use
CONTI-V MULTIBELT FO banded V-belts are used in highly loaded machines in special applications, especially in construction machines, asphalt milling machines, crushers, buses, trucks and in other cases where non-uniform loads are transmitted at high operating temperatures.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
