Accessibility Statement

We consider accessibility an essential part of our responsible approach to customers, partners, and the public. The tyma.eu website has therefore been adapted to be as usable as possible for people with specific needs.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.tyma.eu, which is managed and operated by TYMA CZ s.r.o., ID No.: 25487515, registered office: Na Pískách 731/12, 400 04 Trmice, Czechia.

Compliance Status

The tyma.eu website has been developed in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll. on the accessibility of certain products and services (which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and Council, known as the European Accessibility Act), and is largely compliant with the 2.1 Level AA requirements.

Our goal is full compliance with these standards so that the website can be fully used by all users, including people with disabilities. The site has been adjusted based on the 2.1 Level AA recommendations. Most content and functionality is therefore accessible, although some individual elements may not yet fully meet all requirements. We are continuously working to identify and resolve these issues.

Accessibility Measures

We strive to ensure web accessibility through the following key measures:

Sufficient Color Contrast

All text and user interface elements maintain sufficient color contrast for legibility.

Alternative Texts

Images and other multimedia elements include descriptive alternative text (unless they are purely decorative).

Clear Structure

The site structure is clear and consistent – headings, menus, and form elements are logically labeled for easy navigation.

Keyboard Operability and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The website can be fully operated using only a keyboard and is compatible with standard assistive technologies (such as screen readers).

Detailed information about supported keyboard shortcuts can be found on the Keyboard Shortcuts page.

Information Not Reliant on Color

No essential information is conveyed through color or visual style alone; all meaningful content is also available in text form.

Captions and Transcripts for Multimedia

When multimedia content (e.g., video) is present on the site, captions, transcripts, or alternative formats are provided.

Non-Accessible Content

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the content may not yet be fully accessible:

Older Documents

Certain documents (e.g., older PDF files) published on the website may not be fully accessible for screen reader software.

Missing Alternative Texts

A small number of images or icons may currently lack detailed alternative text. These are mostly decorative and will be addressed progressively.

Form Elements

Some form inputs or buttons may still lack optimal labels for assistive technologies, which can make their purpose harder to understand. We are actively identifying and resolving these issues.

Older Video Recordings

Any older videos available on the site may temporarily lack captions or transcripts. These are being addressed retrospectively where applicable.

None of the above limitations should currently prevent users from accessing essential information or using key site features. We continue to improve the accessibility of this website over time.

Statement Preparation

This statement was prepared on 27 June 2025 based on a self-assessment (internal accessibility testing without third-party auditing). The statement will be updated as needed.
