Water Hoses

Industrial water hoses are used for water transfer in industry, agriculture, construction, and waste management – from standard discharge applications to suction and pumping in more demanding operating conditions. In addition to standard discharge and suction hoses, the range includes flat lay-flat hoses for applications where mobility and quick handling are essential.

Water hoses are manufactured from rubber or thermoplastic materials – most commonly EPDM, NBR, or PVC – with spiral, braided, or woven reinforcement matched to the required strength and flexibility. Key selection parameters include the intended use (suction/discharge), working pressure, inner diameter, temperature range, and the nature of the water being conveyed – these determine the hose’s suitability for a given application and its service life.

Typical Applications

Water hoses are used across all industries where water needs to be transferred or distributed – from simple discharge applications and suction to long-distance water conveyance.

In industry and agriculture, discharge hoses serve for process water distribution, irrigation, spraying, and pumping from water sources. On construction sites and in waste management, suction and discharge hoses are used for pumping sewage, slurries, and contaminated water, where resistance to mechanical stress is essential. Lay-flat hoses are commonly used in firefighting and emergency response applications, and in industrial settings wherever quick handling and compact storage and transport of hoses intended for deployment over significant lengths are important.
