Module 4 Spur Gear Racks
Module 4 Spur Gear Racks are machine parts which, in combination with a respective gear wheel, convert the rotary motion into a linear feed and transfer mechanical energy from the shaft to the moving parts or vice versa.
They are supplied in the respective gear modules M1 to M8.
Caution
The spur gear racks must have the same module as the spur gear in the gear unit.
For more complex and accurate requirements, it is necessary to use special spur gears and gear racks designed and manufactured by specialized suppliers directly for the application.

Spur gear racks are intended for general use in mechanical engineering.
The standardized spur gear racks we supply are designed primarily for basic, simpler constructions and technical solutions for conveyors, presses, gearboxes, woodworking machines, agricultural machines, but of course also for many other applications.
Materials
Steel C45 (ČSN 12050), gearing not hardened.
