Inch Sizes Double-Sided Timing Belts

Double-sided inch sizes timing belts in trapezoidal DXL, DL and DH profile are intended for drives with a change in the direction of rotation. They are manufactured according to ISO 5296.

The standard design allows economical solutions for double-sided synchronous power transmission in the lower and middle power range.

DXL Inch Sizes

Rubber timing belts – double-sided
Tooth pitch (mm): 5.080
Length range Lp (mm): 304.80 - 1600.20

DL Inch Sizes

Rubber timing belts – double-sided
Tooth pitch (mm): 9.525
Length range Lp (mm): 314.33 - 3286.76

DH Inch Sizes

Rubber timing belts – double-sided
Tooth pitch (mm): 12.700
Length range Lp (mm): 469.90 - 4318.00

Belts Construction

Double-Sided Belt Structure

  1. Polyamide fabric
  2. Synthetic rubber teeth
  3. Glass cord tension member
  4. Synthetic rubber backing

Belts Fields of Use

The double-sided timing belts with trapezoidal profile in inches are suitable for synchronous drives with same-sense and counterrotating motion. They allow compact space and weight-saving drives with an efficiency of up to 98 %.

Belts Characteristics

  • High transmission power and long life
  • Conditionally resistant to oil
  • Suitable for tropical climates
  • Electrical conductivity according to ISO 9563 for high performance variants
  • Temperature range depending on application, from −20 °C to +100 °C
