CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CARBON is the strongest rubber timing belt in the ContiTech range. Designed for high-performance power transmission, it combines a carbon tension member with a specially engineered rubber compound to deliver exceptional strength, durability, and reliability.
The demands on modern machinery continue to increase, creating a growing need for belts capable of transmitting higher loads. Carbon tension members offer extremely low elongation even under high tensile stress. When combined with advanced belt materials, they provide a long-term drive solution for challenging industrial applications.
CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CARBON belts ensure highly accurate transmission of rotary motion. Their high tensile strength and dynamic load capacity allow synchronous drives to operate reliably even in extremely compact installations, enabling cost-effective designs with reduced size and weight.
These belts are suitable for use in tropical climates and are resistant to oil and ozone. They operate reliably at temperatures from −30 °C to +130 °C and are electrically conductive in accordance with ISO 9563. Thanks to their advanced material properties, CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CARBON is maintenance-free and does not require lubrication or retensioning. They are available in HTD, STD, and CTD profiles with an 8M pitch.
