Instrument Description
Belt and chain aligners are electronic devices for setting and checking alignment – the correct position of pulleys or sprockets. It is performed at rest with the transmission stopped.
It is measured using a flat beam laser that shows the exact amount of angular deviation or misalignment of pulleys and wheels.
Correct positioning of the actuators is a prerequisite for trouble-free operation and a long service life.
Typical Applications
Alignment gauges are intended for setting the correct position during assembly and during operation of belt and chain transmissions. Using these gauges, we can easily and accurately set the required values for individual types of transmissions.
