Inch Sizes Timing Pulleys
Inch sizes timing pulleys are the basic type of inch sizes pulleys. They are made of steel, gray cast iron or aluminum alloy. Designed according to ISO 5294.
Standard
Pilot Bore Timing Pulleys XL, L, H, XH for timing belts with trapezoidal profiles and inch pitch.
Taper Lock
Taper Bore Timing pulleys L, H, XH for timing belts with trapezoidal profiles and inch pitch.
Typical Applications
The inch sizes timing pulleys are typically used in older machines with lower and medium performance, for example in packaging machines, in the ceramic, textile, food and tobacco industry and in many other machines.
In new applications, they are often replaced by HTD, STD or CTD profiles.
Materials
Steel, grey cast iron or aluminum alloy.

Caution
