Shaft Coupling Description

KWD TK-N hydrodynamic couplings consist of a turbine actuating the oil filling which sets in motion the housing by mass forces.

The couplings are manufactured in many types and combinations and are equipped with a fusible plug which protects the coupling against thermical overload.

Typical Applications

The couplings are available in various series and are often combined with elastic couplings and brake discs or drums.
