Module 3.5 Bevel Gears
Module 3.5 Bevel Gears are machine parts used to transmit torque between two shafts with different axes.
They are supplied in modules M1 to M5. Bevel gears are most often supplied as a gear train (a pair of gears) with a ratio of 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:2.5, 1:3, 1:3.5 and 1:4. They can also be supplied as separate wheels.
Bevel gears with straight teeth are divided according to type into type A according to DIN 3967 in accordance with UNI 6588, or type B – Gleason System.
The bevel gears we offer have straight teeth and an angle of engagement of 20°.
Caution
The bevel gears in a gear train must have the same module and the same type (A or B).
For more complex and precise requirements, it is necessary to use special bevel gears designed and manufactured by specialized suppliers directly for the application.

Typical Applications
Bevel gears are designed for general use in mechanical engineering.
The standardized bevel gears we supply are designed primarily for basic, simpler constructions and technical solutions for conveyors, presses, gearboxes, woodworking machines, agricultural machines, but of course also for many other applications.
Materials
Steel C45 (ČSN 12050), gearing not hardened.
