CONTI SYNCHROTWIN CXP double-sided timing belts in the DHTD D8M profile are designed for high-power transmission and high peripheral speeds in drives with reversing directions of rotation. They are antistatic in accordance with ISO 9563.
The belts are made of high-performance CR rubber and a glass-cord tension member.

Typical Applications
CONTI SYNCHROTWIN CXP double-sided timing belts are designed for high-performance reversible industrial drives featuring compact designs, high efficiency, and precise power transmission.
They are typically used in high-performance drive systems in printing, food processing, and textile production lines, as well as in automated manufacturing systems, packaging and handling equipment, conveyors, machine tools, and other industrial applications where precise synchronization of multiple shafts is required.
The extended range of available belt lengths also opens up additional application possibilities in systems with long center distances.

If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
