ZIPGUIDE Special Open-Ended V-Belts
ZIPGUIDE conveyor V-belts, featuring a premium top layer and ZIPLINK connection technology, were originally designed for the ceramic tile industry.
Their key advantage is the exceptionally quick and simple joining process – carried out directly on the conveyor, with no need for special tools, qualified personnel or external service. The resulting joint is not prone to further failures.
ZIPGUIDE belts are manufactured as open-ended lengths in standard profiles: 13 × 8 (13/A), 17 × 11 (17/B), and 22 × 14 (22/C).

Typical Applications
The most common application of ZIPGUIDE V-belts is as conveyor belts in the ceramic tile industry.
They’re designed for conveying tiles throughout the ceramic production process – from kiln loading to handling and final packaging.
