SOLIFLEX Homogeneous Belts
Homogeneous SOLIFLEX belts are smooth plastic belts made of TPU or TPE.
They have a smooth and solid homogeneous surface without any crevices or hinges that could trap bacteria. The belts have no fabric layer. At the bottom of the belt there are regular protrusions that fit exactly into the drive wheels.
They comply with international food standards. The blue color is used to increase food safety.
Belts Fields of Use
SOLIFLEX homogeneous belts are designed for material transport in many industries.
They are used mainly in the food industry in the processing of meat, poultry and fish or in the processing of vegetables. They are also used in bakeries, dairies, freezers, but also on many other machines and equipment.

Guides
The SOLIFLEX guide system is designed to allow easy and fast cleaning – with low consumption of water, detergents and in less time. It is thus virtually maintenance-free.
There are various options for lugs or lateral bars positioning.
Standard configurations are DUPLEX (2 pairs of lugs) or QUATTRO (4 pairs of lugs).

Side Walls
Side walls are made of the same material as SOLIFLEX belts – polyurethane. They are welded on the sides to the top of the belt.
Side walls are used for the transport of bulk materials and for the transport of material at an angle. They prevent spillage or loss of materials.
Transverse Cleats
Transverse cleats made of the same material as SOLIFLEX belts – polyurethane. They are welded the on top of a belt for inclined/declined transport. They prevent the material from sliding or falling.
The possibilities of their shapes and fastening are wide and are based on the used material of the belt, as well as on the requirements for optimizing the function of transporting the material or objects.
