Bush Description
SIT-LOCK 30 MONOLOCK - 45 × 70 mm (CAL30F45/70) is a one-piece clamping element designed for quick and easy installation in applications with low to medium torque requirements.
It provides a secure, zero-backlash shaft-to-hub connection as an alternative to traditional connections using keys, keyways and splines.
The frictional connection is achieved by tightening a special screw with a tapered seating surface inside the conical bore of the single cylindrical ring. Once tightened, the component is capable of transmitting torque and is simultaneously secured against axial displacement.
Construction
- Cylindrical bush body
- Locking mechanism
- Keyless cylindrical bore
Typical Applications
SIT-LOCK 30 MONOLOCK elements are intended for general industrial use, particularly in applications that require quick installation, easy removal, and a compact design.
They are commonly used to mount V-belt, timing and flat pulleys, sprockets, flywheels, drums, and other components where a backlash-free shaft-to-hub connection is required without the use of keys or keyways.
Materials
Steel.
