CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXA Timing Belts

CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXA reinforced timing belts in HTD, STD, and CTD profiles are designed for the highest torque transmission. They are antistatic in accordance with ISO 9563.

The N-DURO compound provides an exceptional component adhesion and ensures the highest level of wear resistance and performance. The belts also offer high tear resistance.

Their successors in the ContiTech portfolio are the new-generation CONTI SYNCHROFORCE ADVANCE PRO series belts.

AntistaticAntistatic – for compliance with requirements to ISO 9563. Less PAHThe trendsetters with less polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) for clean operation and protection of persons in case of long-term contact with the belt.

New EPDM Generation of CONTI SYNCHROFORCE Belts Replacing Chloroprene Rubber (CR) Belts

Production of the CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXA belts in HTD, STD, and CTD profiles with pitches of 8 and 14 mm was discontinued at the end of 2025. Items currently in stock will continue to be available in our online store while supplies last.

The new CONTI SYNCHROFORCE ADVANCE PRO belts retain exactly the same dimensions (pitch, length, and profile) as their predecessors and can therefore replace them smoothly and without concern.

This represents a major technological step forward, delivering significant improvements in key performance characteristics of drive belts – higher temperature resistance, longer service life, reduced environmental impact, and cleaner operation.

Certificates

Notice

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.

If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
