Heavy-duty timing belts CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXA in CTDConti Torque Drive
The CTD profile is a symbiosis of the HTD and STD profiles, combining the benefits of both tooth geometries. The tooth height and width correspond to that of the HTD profile for transmitting extremely high torques and preventing jump-over at the same time, while the involute-shaped flank ensures very smooth running. C8M profile are intended for the transmission of the highest torques. They are manufactured according to ISO 9563.
The fully new N−DURO compound provides an exceptional components adhesion and ensures the highest level of wear resistance and performance. The belts also offer high tear resistance.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
