HTD 20M Polyurethane Open-Ended Timing Belts
CONTI SYNCHRODRIVE open-ended polyurethane timing belts in the HTD 20M profile are made of thermoplastic polyurethane, which has high dimensional stability and mechanical resistance.
The tension member is made of specially treated steel cords of extremely high strength. The teeth are protected by PAZ nylon fabric as standard, which also reduces the coefficient of friction and wear of the belt.

Typical Applications
HTD 20M open-ended polyurethane belts are used in the most powerful and durable linear and lifting applications.
Typical use is in rack systems, industrial elevators, gantry loaders and cranes for the highest loads.
They successfully replace applications with chain, rope or hydraulic drives.
