CONTI V SUPREME Reinforced Narrow-Section V-Belts
CONTI V SUPREME (formerly CONTI-V POWER) narrow V-belts reinforced for the transmission of the highest powers are wrapped according to ISO 4184 (DIN 7753).
The belts are made from a special fibre-reinforced blend of synthetic rubber and aramid tensile fibres. In addition to excellent power transmission even under the highest loads, they are characterized by longer service life, higher impact resistance, higher transverse stiffness and high temperature and chemical resistance.

Typical Applications
CONTI V SUPREME V-belts are employed in special applications, specifically on machines that bear heavy loads.
These belts are commonly found in various industries such as agriculture, machine tools, crushing machinery, ventilation systems, paper production, cement manufacturing, power generation, and mining. Moreover, they are also utilized in other applications where uneven loads need to be transmitted. This is even applicable at the highest power levels with shocks and over large axial distances.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
