CONTI VX VARISPEED SUPREME Reinforced Variable Speed V-Belts
CONTI VX VARISPEED SUPREME (formerly CONTI-V VARISPEED POWER) variable speed belts are special wide V-belts for drives with continuous speed control.
Belts are made of a highly resistant rubber compound with high transverse stiffness for permanent and reliable transmission of high powers and revolutions They have aramid tensile fibers, which have the highest strength and minimal elongation. Very often they also have a special back construction, fabric on the teeth and other special design solutions.
Low electrical conductivity – for compliance with requirements to ISO 1813.

Typical Applications
CONTI VX VARISPEED SUPREME variator belts are designed for special applications in continuously variable transmissions. Aramid tensile fibres ensure minimum elongation even at the highest performance.
They are most commonly used in agricultural machines and harvesters, but can also be found in other machines.

Due to the diverse use of belts in different areas, there are several production standards:
- ISO 1604, DIN 7719/1, RMA/MPTA IP-25 especially for industrial applications
- ISO 3410, ASAE S211.4 especially for agricultural purposes

Notice
General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
