Chain Description
08A-1-SS-HP (Type A) KettenWulf HP SS (Stainless Steel, Hollow Pins, ASA 40-1, 1/2” × 5/16”, DIN 8188) - 5 m Pack (+ 2 Connecting Links) is a special type of chain that combines driving and conveying functions. It is based on the standard construction of roller chains according to ISO 606, but with one key difference: each pin is hollow.
The design version is designated as Type A – it indicates that this is a bush chain consisting of outer links with pins and inner links with solid bushings, which ensure connection and movement between the links.
The hollow pins run through the entire width of the link and allow easy attachment of accessories – bolts, shafts, cross rods, or special carriers can be inserted through them.
The chain is made of stainless steel.
