Pulley Description
40 L 075 (Type 3F) TB 1610 is a basic type of pulley for belts with trapeziodal L profile. It is made of steel. Its design is based on the ISO 5294 standard.
The pulleys are mounted on shafts using the Taper Lock bushes (TB 1610), thanks to which there is not only a fixing on the shaft with a keyway, but also an axial locking against displacement.
Pulley Fields of Use
The L Taper timing pulleys are designed for all types of L belts with pitch 9.525 mm.
They are typically used in older machines with lower and medium performance, for example in packaging machines, in the ceramic, textile, food and tobacco industry and in many other machines. In new applications, they are often replaced by HTDHigh Torque Drive
