BEHAbelt Monolithic Conveyor Flat Belts
BEHAbelt monolithic belts are elastic homogeneous belts.
They are made only of polyurethane, they do not contain any textile insert. There is no risk of contamination due to separation or fraying of layers, edges or joints. They have a monolithic structure that can be easily and perfectly cleaned. They are therefore ideal for use as conveyor belts in the food industry for direct contact with food.
Belts Fields of Use
BEHAbelt monolithic belts are designed for material transport in many industries.
They are used mainly in the food industry in the processing of meat, poultry and fish or in the processing of vegetables. They are also used in bakeries, dairies, freezers, but also on many other machines and equipment.

Belts Joints
Joint Type | Description | Illustration |
---|---|---|
Butt Weld |
BEHAbelt monolithic belts are joined usually by butt welding. The belt is cut straight at both ends and then joined into an endless belt by heat on the welding machine. |

Simple Finger Splice |
Alternatively, the belts can be joined with a simple punched splice, which is then joined into an endless belt by heat on the splicing machine. |
Belts Surface Structure
BEHAbelt monolithic belts have a perfectly homogeneous structure, which can be smooth or structured depending on the type of application.
All available surface structures are presented in the catalog.

Guides
The V-guide is used if a belt guide is necessary.
A V-profile of the required size is hot welded to the bottom side of the belts.
Sidewalls
The corrugated sidewalls are made of the same material as the belt, i.e. polyurethane. They are welded on the sides to the upper side of the belt.
They are used for transporting bulk material and for transporting material at an angle. They prevent spillage or loss of material.
Transverse Cleats
Cleats for transport at an angle are made of the same material as the belt, i.e. polyurethane. They are welded on the upper side of the belt. They prevent the material from sliding or falling.
The possibilities of their shapes and fastening are wide and are based on the requirements for optimizing the function of transporting material or objects.
Reinforced Edges
Reinforced edges are used for stabilization and optimal guidance of curve belts.
Various size profiles are used, which are welded to the edge of the belt.
