STD Taper Lock Timing Pulleys
STD Taper Lock timing pulleys are the basic type of pulleys for belts in the STD profile. They are made of steel or gray cast iron.
The pulleys are mounted on shafts using the Taper Lock bushes, thanks to which there is not only a fixing on the shaft with a keyway, but also an axial locking against displacement.
Typical Applications
The STD Taper timing pulleys are designed for all types of STD belts.
They are typically used in high-speed machine tools, compressors, packaging, printing and textile machines and in many other machines. They are also typically used in machines from Asia, especially Japan.
