Shaft Coupling Description
RX 28/38 (SGAA028) - Hub (Type A, Max. Bore: 28 mm, Al Alloy) is a part designed for RX shaft couplings. It is made of aluminium alloy.
RX are torsionally flexible, puncture-proof shaft couplings with two metal hubs with front claws and a polyurethane element. They transmit torque through pressure-stressed elastic star-shaped buffer which absorbs shock and torsional vibration. RX coupling hubs are made of steel, grey cast iron or aluminium alloy. They are mounted on shafts using Taper Lock bushes or supplied as semi-finished products and the bore must be adjusted before mounting the coupling on the shafts.
