CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN SUPREME Timing Belts
The CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN SUPREME power transmission belts combine the best of both worlds: the advantages of the market-established SYNCHROCHAIN CARBON and the benefits of antistatic belts.
Structurally, they are made, similarly to SYNCHROCHAIN CARBON timing belts, of highly resistant polyurethane with carbon tensile fibers. However, CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN SUPREME belts have a special cover fabric on the teeth with antistatic properties.
Properties retained over the entire service life.

Typical Applications
CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN SUPREME opens up the field of applications for polyurethane belts in flammable, explosive or electrostatic-sensitive environments with simultaneous extreme applications, where antistatic properties are desired or even mandatory.
Applications range from air-cooled heat exchangers and energy recovery systems to petroleum refineries, geothermal power generation, grain silos and processing plants, sawmills, mining and chemical processing.

Notice
General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
