Twisted Round Belts for Hook Connection
Polyurethane twisted round belts (or hook belts) are connected by a metal coupling with two hooks in conveyor or drive belts of any length.
Two narrower endless round belts made of polyurethane are twisted into a spiral, which together form one twisted circular belt of the declared width. The loops on both ends of the belt allow a simple and quick connection into an endless belt using a special hook with pliers. This eliminates the costly and time-consuming disassembly of rollers or shafts during replacement.

Typical Applications
Twisted round belts are used in conveyor roller drives. The drive of the individual rollers is implemented using the so-called countershaft, which has an axis perpendicular to the axes of the individual rollers. In this way, several belt transmissions are arranged one behind the other on one shaft.
The most common applications are for conveyors in logistics centers or in the food industry, but also in the ceramic or glass industry or on packaging machines.

Materials
BEHA PU70A polyurethane with a hardness of 76 Shore A or BEHA PU75A polyurethane with a hardness of 80 Shore A.
