Instrument Description
The SH01 belt cutter is used for accurate cutting and preparation when welding reinforced belts with overlap joints using the BEHAbelt HP01 welding press.
This is a special device into which the welded ends of the belts are inserted to be cut to the exact shape for subsequent overlap welding.
Adaptors for the following profiles are available:
- For round belts of individual sizes from ∅ 6.0 to 20.0 mm.
- For V-belts: 10×6 (Z), 13×8 (A), 17×11 (B), 22×14 (C) and BLUEPOWER 17×11.3.
Caution
For the cutter, it is also necessary to purchase the appropriate profile adaptor according to the shape and size of the belt.
