ESCOGEAR Gear Couplings
ESCOGEAR (gear) couplings are all-metal torsionally rigid gear couplings enabling the transmission of the highest torques with small installation dimensions.
The special Multicrown gearing allows only a minimum backlash and smooth running over the entire speed and torque range. Grease lubrication ensures low maintenance while allowing for relatively large shaft misalignment. The couplings are able to compensate for radial, angular and axial misalignments.
The couplings are manufactured for horizontal and vertical applications.

Typical Applications
ESCOGEAR shaft couplings are designed to transmit the highest torques in all industries.
They are used mainly in the drives of conveyor systems, rolling mills, mixers, cranes and other demanding drives in steel mills, in the paper, chemical and rubber industries.
The unique modular system offers maximum flexibility in assembling various configurations, including suitable accessories such as brake discs or drums, etc. The couplings are available in various sizes and designs.
