Polyurethane or Polyester Weldable Open-Ended Belts
Polyurethane or polyester open-ended belts are manufactured for welding as conveyor and drive belts of any length.
Belts are made of highly resistant BEHA plastic and, in some types, are reinforced with polyester, glass or aramid tensile fibers. They are characterized by high strength, long service life, high temperature and chemical resistance.
Round
Round open-ended belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane or polyester of different hardness, surface and other properties. In some types, belts are reinforced with polyester, glass or aramid tensile fibers.
Hollow
Hollow round open-ended belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane of different hardness for welding as conveyor or drive belts of any length or connecting with a brass nipple connector.
Classic
Open-ended V-belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane or polyester of different hardness, surface and other properties. In some types, belts are reinforced with polyester, glass or aramid tensile fibers.
Twin
Open-ended twin V-belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane of different hardness and other properties. In some types, belts are reinforced with polyester tensile fibers.
Ridge-Top
Open-ended ridge-top V-belts made of single thermoplastic polyurethane or combined of two different materials. In some types, belts are reinforced with polyester, glass or aramid tensile fibers.
T-Profiles
T-profile open-ended belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane of different hardness, surface and other properties.
Special Profiles
Special profile open-ended belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane or polyester of different hardness and other properties according to the needs of their specific applications.
Coated or Embossed
Open-ended V-belts made of thermoplastic polyurethane with coatings and/or embossings of different materials, hardness, surface, structure and other properties.
Custom Made
Special conveyor or drive belts of any length made of thermoplastic polyurethane or polyester with the required properties according to customer specifications.
Typical Applications
Belts are used as conveyor or drive belts in many industries, especially for light and medium loads.
The most common applications are as conveyor belts in the glass, ceramic or food industry, but also in logistics and on packaging machines, in printers and in the paper industry or in the production of building materials.
