Coated or Embossed Open-Ended V-Belts
Polyurethane and polyester open-ended profiles with coating or embossing are manufactured for welding as conveyor belts of any length.
Belts are V-shaped with a glued or extruded surface layer on the back. They are made of highly durable BEHA plastic and can be reinforced with various tensile fibers. They are characterized by high strength, long service life, high temperature and chemical resistance.
Typical Applications
Belts are used as conveyor belts in applications where special properties or belt surface treatments are needed to ensure material transport or increase belt durability.
The most common applications are as conveyor belts in the glass, ceramic or food industry, but also in logistics and on packaging machines, in printers and in the paper industry or in the production of building materials.
