Special Profile Open-Ended Belts
Polyurethane and polyester special open-ended profiles are manufactured for welding as conveyor belts of any length.
Belts can be of any shape according to the specific requirements for a given application. There are also some typical shapes for certain types of industrial equipment - e.g. belts of square profile, U-profile, V-profile or other profiles with special drivers or serrations. They can be made of any plastic of different colors and hardness.
Typical Applications
Belts are used as conveyor belts in special applications in various industries, especially for light and medium loads.
The most common applications are as conveyor belts in the glass, ceramic or food industry, but also in logistics and on packaging machines, in printers and in the paper industry or in the production of building materials.

- High tensile strength and abrasion resistance
- Excellent weldability, possibility of joining the piece
- Resistance to oils, greases, pollution and chemicals
- Temperature resistance from −30 °C to +80 °C
- Can be used in the food industry
