Stainless Steel Chains (DIN 8187)
Stainless steel chains of B-series are a special type of roller chains. They have the same dimensions as conventional roller chains according to ISO 606 (ČSN 02 3311, DIN 8187), i.e. chains of the European B-series.
The chains consist of outer links with pins and inner links with bushes on which rotating rollers are mounted. The chains are made of stainless steel. The exact grade of steel, production method and heat treatment of the steel of the individual parts vary by chain type, size and manufacturer.
The standard design of B-series stainless steel chains can be simplex, duplex or triplex.
Products are sorted by name in ascending order and then by manufacturer.

Chains Fields of Use
Stainless steel roller chains according to DIN 8187 are designed for special applications when stainless steel design is required. These are food processing plants, plants with increased humidity, water, various chemicals or if the operating conditions do not allow the use of conventional roller chains.
They are used in drives, but they can be fitted with attachments to transport material.
