EAGLE P-52S-MPB (8M-64) CONTI SILENTSYNC is a basic type of pulley for CONTI SILENTSYNC belts with helical offset teeth in H.O.T.Helical Offset Tooth
The helical toothing of the H.O.T. profile delivers a degree of operational smoothness unrivaled by other timing belts The noise level can be reduced by up to 19 dB, and the polygon effect is almost eliminated, resulting in up to 20% lower vibrations. The profile’s offset toothing means the belt is also self-tracking: Flanges are not necessary, as a result of which the width of the system can be reduced. 8M. It is made of steel with a pilot bore.
They enable to design unique drives for transmission of the highest power and speed with reduced noise. The belts used are self-guiding and do not need to be guided by flanges or in another way.
The pulleys are supplied as a semi-finished product and the internal hole must be modified before mounting the pulleys on the shafts.
