Belt Description
4-SPC 3350 Ld CONTI V TORQUE TEAM ADVANCE (Formerly CONTI-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE) is a banded V-belt created by joining individual V-belts into one wide strip. Unlike the regular basic CONTI-V MULTIBELT types, it is made of a special fiber-reinforced mixture of rubber and reinforced tensile fiber. It is characterized by increased transmitted power and longer life, higher impact resistance, higher transverse stiffness and high temperature and chemical resistance. It is wrapped according to ISO 4184 (DIN 7753).
The banded V-belts are used to eliminate vibrations in the individual belts, on drives with significant impacts as well as highly irregular loads and on drives with large center distances.

Belt Fields of Use
CONTI-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE banded V-belts find use in heavy-duty machines in all industries, especially in agricultural machines, machine tools, crushers, fans, in the paper industry, in cement plants, in power plants, in mines and in other cases where a non-uniform load is transmitted at large axial distances.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
