Belt Description
6-SPC 8000 Ld CONTI-V MULTIBELT is a banded V-belt in the SPC profile, according to ISO 4184 (DIN 7753), made by joining individual V-belts into a single wide belt.
Banded V-belts are used to reduce vibration of individual belts, in drives with shock or irregular loads, and in applications with large center distances.
On request, the banded V-belts can be manufactured with reinforced polyester or aramid tension members.

Belt Fields of Use
The CONTI-V MULTIBELT profile SPC banded V-belts are used in heavy-duty machines in all industries, especially in agricultural machinery, machine tools, crushers, fans, in the paper industry, cement plants, power plants, mines and in other cases where large irregular forces must be transmitted over long span lengths.

If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
