Bando BANFLEX 11M Special V-Belts (PUR)
Bando BANFLEX special wedge polyurethane V-belts in 11M profile with a wedge angle of 60° are designed for high-speed transmission with smooth and quiet operation and very low vibration.
The belts are made of highly durable polyurethane and special polyester tension member. The diagonally grooved back optimizes flexibility. We offer them in two variants: directly from the factory or cut from the sleeve.

Bando BANFLEX Belts: Factory-Made vs. Sleeve-Cut
We offer Bando BANFLEX polyurethane V-belts of 5M, 7M and 11M profile in two variants under the same designation, which differ due to different manufacturing processes. Therefore, they also have slightly different dimensions. If you use belts in a set, it is necessary for the entire set to be of the same type!
Ready-made endless belts directly from the factory (Factory-Made) have a construction specifically designed to be always used as single, individual belts, even if on a multiple pulley in a set
Another manufacturing option for these belts is cutting from a sleeve of a multiple belt (Sleeve-Cut). For construction reasons, multiple belts are slightly thicker than single ones, which also results in a different length of the cut endless belt. However, in terms of function and operational properties, they are the same as single belts from the factory.
Due to the variety of different dimensions and the above-mentioned possibility of manufacturing from a sleeve, we usually do not stock single belts. Therefore, their delivery takes longer. On the other hand, we keep sleeves in the usually requested sizes in stock. Sleeve-cut belts are then shipped no later than the next working day but are more expensive due to the labor cost (cutting).

Bando BANFLEX special V-belts in 11M profile are primarily used as drive belts in high-speed machines and in applications that require smooth operation and high precision.
They are typically used in applications such as machine tools, woodworking machines, as well as in other equipment.
