Metallic C-Profiles
C-profiles are standardized metal profiles used mainly for fastening plastic chain guides or belts to the machine. Their use is an ideal method of fastening, especially due to the thermal expansion of the plastics from which the lines are made (PE-1000).
Profiles are made of galvanized steel or stainless steel. Grooves are milled in the plastic guide for use on the C-profile. The grooves are made with the necessary clearance, which eliminates thermal expansion and does not cause additional stress, twisting or other deformations of the plastic lines.
For goods in the e-shop or catalog, the relevant type of C-profile is indicated (according to size and type of guide).
