Link Open-Ended V-Belts
Link open-ended V-belts are V-belts connected from individual links into endless belts of any length.
The belts have a special construction, the individual links are made of custom polyurethane elastomers reinforced with multiple plies of polyester fabric. The belts are characterized by long service life, high temperature and chemical resistance.

POWER TWIST |
The most commonly used type. POWER TWIST belts are made up of individual links that are joined together without the need of any tools, studs or connectors. They are open-ended and can be easily joined to any required length. They work without loss of performance in a wide temperature range from −40°C to +116°C and are dimensionally compatible with standard V-belts. They have a smooth outer surface. They are very often used in transport applications, but they are also used as drive belts. They also exist in a special design with transport layers or in an antistatic design. |

NUT-LINK |
NUT-LINK belts are made up of individual links that are connected by special metal studs. They are open-ended and can be easily joined to any required length. They work without loss of performance in a wide temperature range from −40°C to +116°C and are dimensionally compatible with standard V-belts. They are capable of transmitting higher power than POWER TWIST link belts, but they do not have a smooth outer surface and cannot be used in transport applications. They are mainly used as drive belts – as a replacement for classic V-belts. |

SUPER-T-LINK |
SUPER-T-LINK belts, as well as NUT-LINK belts, are made up of separate links that are connected by special metal studs. They are open-ended and can be easily joined to any required length. They work without loss of performance in a wide temperature range from −40°C to +116°C and are dimensionally compatible with standard V-belts. They are capable of transmitting higher power than POWER TWIST link belts, but they do not have a smooth outer surface and cannot be used in transport applications. They are mainly used as drive belts – as a replacement for narrow V-belts SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC. |

Belts Fields of Use
Link V-belts are used where conventional endless V-belts cannot be used due to technical reasons, where it is necessary to mount the belt directly on the machine. They are suitable as spare belts, which can replace any length of V-Belt.
They are also used in conveyor systems and equipment where specific temperature or chemical resistance is required.
